We were as excited as everyone when Craig Ballantyne from Fitness Magazine came out with his own workout program.  Ballantyne is well respected in fitness and his Turbulence Training workout plan really took off.  We wanted to know if it lives up to the hype, so we decided to examine the program at length.

Turbulence Training is designed to allow people to work out for shorter periods of time while getting better results.  Power workouts are the key to the program, which leads to body toning.  The workouts are designed in a way that allows them to be shorter while still being effective.  In fact, the program only makes people work out for three days each week.

It was designed with power sports in mind.  People who use the workout can get the same kind of benefit that someone who is playing a power sport can get.  By using the idea of power sports in the workout, users are able to have the benefits of sports, as well as the entertainment. People who follow the program can lose weight in a safe way because it does not overwork users.

It was not difficult for us to find people who had taken part in the program.  Out of those people using the program, many were successful.  There was a high success rate out of the people who followed the plan as recommended.
